House of Prayer

After our FHE we headed inside to continue our week-long Easter celebration. After Christ's triumphal entry into Jerusalem, he cleared the money changers out of the temple. We read from Matthew 21 and the kids got ready to put on a little play. Jeremy loved the fact that he got to flip over a table of money. Matt and Bailee were the money changers. I love being able to teach my children the stories of Jesus and I am grateful they are so willing and eager to learn new things. This is one of my favorite times of year. I love Easter and the opportunity to reflect on all that my Savior has done for me.

Jeremy really likes to play the part of Jesus. Bailee has a pretty good time with her stuff as well. It's a great tool that the kids learn from. I'm thankful for this time of year as well and for what our Savior has done for us.

This is great time of year because we remember christ and all that he did for us. That's a great idea for FHE, having them act out plays. Maybe I should do that.

I can tell Jeremy really liked this one. Doing a play cements it better in their minds. This is a great way to teach the gospel to younger children. Keep it up.
