So, since there was no early entry that day, we decided to hit all the Fantasyland rides. We were up and at the rope at 7:30.
Once the park opened, we headed straight for Peter Pan.
So after our flight, we headed over to the famous flying elephant:
Then we headed over to Mr. Toad's for a Wild Ride:
Matt went to get fast passes and the rest of us hopped down the rabbit hole with the white rabbit:
By now, the older ones were ready for a little speed so we decided to brave the Matterhorn:
Bailee was DYING to go on the teacups, so we took a spin:
We saw that the Storybook Canal Boats were running so we hopped aboard and sailed through Monstro's Mouth into storybook land:
After our float we hopped aboard the Casey Jr. Circus Train:
We realized that we hadn't been on the happiest cruise that ever sailed, so we headed over to It's a Small World:
After our world cruise we hopped the train over to New Orleans Square to check out Princess Tiana's Mardi Gras Celebration. We recently watched Princess and the Frog and we LOVED the music.
Then we headed over to Pirates:
I had read that the Aladdin show was ending for a new Toy Story Broadway play, so I was set on going and seeing it one last time. The genie is always hilarious. We were front row on the balcony:
The show ended around 1 and everyone was starving by now. So we headed across the street for some lunch at IHOP. Jeremy noticed that Matt was limping so he asked his Dad if he could carry his backpack. Everyone who passed us said that Jeremy looked so cute:
We had some lunch (and spend the most on any of our meals!!!) and headed back to the park. It was our last day, so we skipped the afternoon break and hit the parks hard. The Jedi Training Academy was about to start so we walked over to Tomorrowland Terrace and waited for the Master Jedi to choose potential Padowan's from the audience and Jeremy got chosen!! Once again, he was VERY serious:
Matt started to taunt Darth Maul and he came over VERY upset. Finally, Jeremy was up against Darth Vader:
The Jedi was so impressed with how strong the force was with Jeremy he even had Jeremy use the force on the Storm Troopers:
Afterward, they present all the Padowan's with their diplomas from the Training Academy. It was great:
Afterward, we realized that we hadn't been to see Mickey yet, so we headed over to Toontown to Mickey's House:
Then we headed back to Mickey's Movie Barn:
When our turn to see Mickey came, we got to see Mickey in his Band Conductor Outfit:
Friday was the busiest day of the trip, so we let the kids blow off some steam playing around Donald's Boat:
This was the crowd in Toontown:
Then we decided to leave toontown and start using some of our fast passes.
Our first stop was Thunder Mountain Railroad.
We hadn't been to see Turtle Talk with Crush so we headed back over to California Adventure. While we were waiting for the show to start we went to the Beast's Library to see what Disney Character we are most like. Jeremy was Cogsworth, Matt was Shere Khan and Bailee and I were both Nala. Then right as the doors open for Turtle Talk, Jeremy announces that he needs to use the restroom so Matt took him and I took Bailee to see Crush. She even got to ask him a question. Her question was "What is your favorite fish friend?" He told her it was Marlin the clown fish. Then he pulled out a Buzz Lightyear doll and started asking her what it was and what it does. It was great. Bailee really thought that we were looking into the ocean floor. After our time in the Animation Academy, we used our Soarin' FP's. It was 7 o'clock now and Rachel was begging to go on Splash Mountain, so we hopped on the train and headed over to Critter Country:
By now everyone was starving so we had dinner at Pizza Port, the chicken fusilli there is SO yummy, but the full day was starting to take its toll:
Kyle couldn't wake up enough to eat his food, so after dinner Linsey and Ray decided to go back to the hotel. We said our goodbyes and soldiered on. We headed to Buzz. Matt was starting to get tired:
After, the fireworks were going to start soon, so we staked out a place at the Plaza, complete with chair and waited to see the fireworks. Right before they were about to start, I looked over and saw this:
No amount of shaking or jostling was waking them up. So after the show, Matt took them back to the room. The fireworks were great:
Matt managed to wake the kids up enough that they could walk to the shuttle and mom and I did a little shopping before we headed back to the room. Matt got us up at 4AM the next morning and we were on our way home. We pulled into town around 2 and we were beat. It was a great, all be it impulsive, vacation.
