So after a few bathroom breaks, we headed into Toontown to meet the Big Cheese. They let you look around Mickey’s house and NOTHING is off limits:
Then you head back to his movie barn and wait to see the big guy himself:
After our visit to the big guy, we all split up and did our own thing to meet back at 4pm for the Jedi Training Academy. So we hopped aboard the train and made our way to Main Street to get the kids silhouettes done. The conductor even let the kids wear her hat:
Then we all met back up at Tomorrowland Terrace for a little Jedi Training:
Then we headed toward Adventureland and took a little Jungle Cruise:
I want you to notice a certain “teenager” in the far left who no longer looks like the rest of the group. Yes, he went and changed his shirt.
We were seated back by the engine and we couldn’t hear anything the skipper was saying:
Then we headed over to Indiana Jones. Brandon and I stayed out with the little ones and played trouble while we waited. Matt took the camera and got some photos:
Then we headed over to Haunted Mansion:
Next we migrated as a wave of red over to Big Thunder Mountain Railroad:
And Shauna was left to ride by herself:
Then we headed back to the Rivers of America to save places for my favorite show – FANTASMIC!!
Families traded times saving and then at 8:15 we were all together:
The fireworks stated and then FANTASMIC!!! It was a great show. It was sprinkling just a little bit so I didn’t take any photos of the show, but there are plenty of videos of it on youtube. After the show was over I look around for my children and I gasp as I see this:
Jeremy was so tired he fell asleep face down on the cement. So Matt jostled him awake and took the two kids home while I took those not wanting to crash out for the night over to space mountain. Then I gave the left over fast passes to the teenagers and called it a night. It was a fun and relatively dry second day!!

Disneyland Day Two Part Three
Disneyland Day Two Part Two
So as we are getting off Pirates, we are walking out the exit and a lady stops us and asks if she can take our picture for an article she is writing on family reunions at Disneyland. When we asked what magazine it was for she said it was a really expensive magazine which she never gave us the name to. But, it was nice to get an entire group shot anyway:
Then the group heads over to Disneyland and I give her my email so she can “send us the story via pdf.” Riiiiiight. So we all take a little ride on Buzz while we are killing time until our reservation at Goofy’s Kitchen.
Once again, I ran out of time to send everyone’s pictures. And then we ran to the monorail station to head to Goofy’s Kitchen. Ben was really excited to be riding the ACTUAL SPACE TRAIN!! We took up an entire compartment once again:
Then we make our way over to the Disneyland Hotel, you can definitely spot us in crowd:
All of us with Goofy:
Then it was time for food and fun!!
Even the oldest teenager got into the groove:
Ben, for some reason, was REALLY excited to see Chip:
Little Dalin even got some kisses from Pluto:
After our lunch we headed over to Toontown.
Coming up . . . Meeting the Big Cheese!!
