So after we arrived in Cedar City, we headed to Elder Meeks to pick up the missionaries and take them to lunch at Café Rio. Then we made our way to the city park and began our High Kick Battle Royale.
The loser of the contest had to drink a quart of Egg Nog, and wouldn’t you know, it was Elder Meeks. He was given 15 minutes to drink it all.
It was a fun pit stop before the Christmas Celebrations! Merry Christmas!!!

High Kick Battle Royale
Pre-Christmas Getaway
Things have been pretty hectic with Matt getting a second job, my work, the kids, and the stress of just plain life, so Matt and I decided to get away before all the holiday celebrations began. So we dropped the kids off at Linsey’s house and we headed to Vegas, and as always, we headed to the Bellagio.
Then we headed over to Caesars Palace to do a little fish gazing.
It was time for dinner, and of course our favorite choice is always Serendipity.
Unfortunately, Matt let me drink most of the 2-person frozen hot chocolate, and I was not feeling very well.
So we headed back to the hotel for the night. The next morning, we headed up to Cedar City to visit the missionaries. It was a fun break from life and definitely needed. Merry Christmas!!
Temple Square 2013
Ah, one of my favorite family traditions. After the Robison/Morrill Christmas Party in Highland, we headed over to Temple Square. We had to get our traditional picture.
Then we walked around and enjoyed the lights for a little bit.
After the live nativity, we headed into the visitors center to see the Christus.
Then we were on our way home. Merry Christmas!!
Dance and Music Christmas
On the 16th, both Bailee and Gabrielle had Christmas programs. Bailee was a dancing angel in a reenactment of the Nativity:
Then we rushed over to the High School for Gabrielle’s Christmas Concert.
It was a fun night full of the Christmas spirit, and I can’t think of a better to celebrate the season. Merry Christmas!!
