Let me first start off by saying that my bosses are the best in the entire world. You might think that you have a pretty good boss, but mine are the best. So anyway, Tuesday night around 11 PM we hear a knock at the door, Dad was there and said he got two tickets to the Lakers/Jazz game the next day from Brother Richins, but he had to go to the temple. Matt has only been to a basketball game once. So we took the tickets and started to plan our date. Suddenly we realized that if Dad was going to the temple, then Mom was going with him and that took away our babysitter. Jenny and Justin were also going with them to the temple, so they were out. So we decided to just give the tickets to Travis or Brett. The next morning I go into Travis' office and explain the situation and offer him the tickets. He says he needs to think about it and he would get back with me. Later, he comes up front and says that he just got off the phone with DeeAnn and they both agree that they will watch our kids so Matt and I can go on a date!! My mouth dropped open. I tried to explain to him that I wasn't expecting him to do that and that he should take one of his boys. But Travis was firm and said that my job depended on us dropping our kids off at 5 that day. So I called Matt and told him the news and we started planning our night. So how many bosses out there not only let you leave early, but watch your two young kids so you can have a night out. I tell you, I have the best bosses ever.
So we drop off the kids after a little lecture about being polite and minding when they say something, and we head up to Salt Lake. Parking was horrible. We finally got parked and into the game. It was really fun and very LOUD! We had awesome seats.
It was a great game. A nail-biter right up until the end. We had a lot of fun watching the Jazz Bear.
I have decided that I might have missed my calling. After watching the dancers out on the court I have decided that I could totally become a Jazz Dancer. All they do is clap their hands and point their toes. Anybody want to try out with me?
In the end, the Jazz actually beat the Lakers 113-109. The entire arena was on their feet the last few minutes and it was so loud that my ears are still ringing. It was a great night out and I am grateful to the Ludlow's for helping make it possible.

Totally a great night out. i'm not much of a Jazz fan, or sports fan for that matter, but giong to the games is a fun experience.I'm very grateful for the people that Abby works for. They look out for her and make sure that she's taken care of. Thanks Ludlow's.
Working is not so bad when you have bosses like that. How lucky you are. I tried to tell you how loud it would be, now you know what I mean.
matt and I just watched that movie last weekend with Cory and Sharon. It was a good movie.
That is awesome. What a sweet, thoughtful thing for him to do. You are very lucky, indeed. I'm glad you and Matt got to get out and enjoy the game.
