Jeremy has come a long way from the first of the school year. Most days, Jeremy can be found doing this:

Thankfully we have shelves of books. So Jeremy has been grabbing books and going to town. He sounds out the words and when he gets stuck he comes and asks me or Matt. I am just amazed. My little boy is reading and he actually likes it!!! They are having a contest at school. If each kid reads 500 minutes during the month of March, they will get a free ticket to 7 peaks water park. Jeremy is very excited. So if you have any book suggestions, I bet he would be happy to hear them.

Man, my little boy is all growing up and reading stuff. He's got these little books that he got from school, I think he's got 7 of them now, and he packs them around and will sit down where ever either of us are at and just start reading them. I can get through each on in a minute or two. He's started to read the Book of Mormon and i'm amazed at how well he can do. He's a genius, just like his mother.
Jeremy rocks! He is growing up, for sure. How fun to see him reading. A lot of good will come from that.
That is great. Reading is a good thing for him to do. I can't believe how big he is getting! Man the time sure does fly!
How awsome is that!! That boy had better read extra for all the kids that don't read. We do the Book It, here. But that's not as cool as Seven Peaks!
Keep up the good work Jeremy, and you will go far!!

I love when kids get turned on to reading and learning. He is so much happier when he goes to school. It is amazing how their brain gets turned on.
