After our nap, we grabbed some dinner at the Park Vue and then headed over to Disneyland to finish out our night. We wanted to see the new parade called “Mickey’s Soundsational Parade.” However, I made the mistake of letting Bailee be in charge of taking pictures, so most of them are fuzzy. It was a really cute parade: 
There are characters you don’t normally see in this parade like Mary Poppins and Bert as well as the 3 Cabarellos: 
After the parade, we headed over to use our BTMRR fast passes: 
Since we knew the rain was coming and the night time shows would likely be cancelled later on, we waited to see Fantasmic tonight. Matt had no problem laying down and waiting for it to start: 
The fireworks were schedule for 8:40 and Fantasmic was scheduled for 9:00 so we say and enjoyed both shows: 
After Fantasmic, it was 9:30 and we still had 2 1/2 hours of fun in the park, so we headed to use our fast passes for Star Tours: 
Oh my goodness……. I love, love, love this ride. It was amazing and it is different every time you ride. It was amazing, I don’t even know how to describe it. Afterwards, the kids were beat, so Matt took them home and Mom and I finished our night riding Space Mountain: 
It was a full day filled with new experiences and so much fun!!!!

I think by then we were starting to feel the "being up since 3:00" effects...at least I was. :) It was the perfect ending to our first day in the Magical Kingdom. I'm so glad that we went when we did.
We did the 3 things I love the most. Parades, fire works and fantasmic. I loved them all. We had a great day.
