The kids found my Easter basket stash this week - those little weasels. So I’ve had to change tactics a bit. I think we might dispel the Easter bunny, its not like we do a whole lot with the Easter bunny. We don’t watch movies or anything like that. We have resurrection egg hunts and learn about the Savior for most of the month. But I do enjoy a good Easter basket. Who doesn’t like candy and little trinkets. So yesterday after listening to the children argue about who got a certain glass, I decided to make these little beauties:
I ran to the dollar store after work and picked up some mugs and did some etching on them. Now, they’ll have to find something else to argue about. I’ve still got the silhouette file if anyone wants to come over and make a few.

Little Weasels indeed. Hey, I'm fine with giving the Easter Bunny the ax and focusing on the Savior. I love the mugs honey...maybe I want one...
Easter! It's coming fast! The time is flying. I love all of your posts! Jeremy going to conference! It seems like yesterday he was a baby. And Matt is graduating....YES! Everything is good so far!
I don't think they will be heartbroken at all. I like the mugs too. Maybe we need one for mother's day and father's day. Sounds like an idea.
How did you do the mugs? cute, I told kenzie the easter bunny wasn't real last year. and this year all alli talks about is that I'm the easter bunny because last year our neighbor bertha talked me into wearing an easter bunny outfit when the kids were looking for their eggs. Your so creative. I wish I was as creative as you at times. Maybe when my kids are a little older.
