The Tale of the Forgetfuls Chapter 2

Join us as we follow chapter 2 of the Family Forgetfuls.  As we remember, they were a smaller family consisting of Father, Mother, Brother, Sister:

They decided to go on vacation with the Family Plentifuls which were a larger family consisting of Father, Mother, Brother, Brother, Brother, and Brother.  But unfortunately, Mother Forgetful forgot to take a picture of all of them together.  The Plentifuls had moved up to Payson a few years ago so they all decided to head down to St. George and visit some old haunts.  As they were driving, Mother Forgetful forgot to bring her camera so her pictures were taken with her cell phone.  Finally everyone made it to the hotel.  Upon arrival:

they all wanted to go swimming.  So the cousins hopped in their suits and hit the pool.  The grown-ups were sitting by the side of the pool when Mother Plentiful saw one of the brothers couldn't swim, so she jumped in to save him.  After a while, Mother Forgetful forgot that everyone might be hungry so they headed out to dinner at the Pasta Factory.  As they were eating Father Forgetful almost forgot that there was a movie playing in the park, so everyone loaded up the children and headed for "Sunset in the Square" and waited:

Mother Plentiful and Mother Forgetful took the kids to see the fire truck while everyone was waiting:

Upon returning to their spot, an announcement was made that the movie wouldn't start for another 45 minutes and Mother Forgetful forgot that everyone would be too tired by then to watch the movie, so they went back to the motel.  During the middle of the night, Mother Forgetful woke up super sick and she forgot to bring any medicine so she spent the day in bed while Father Forgetful took the kids touring around town and swimming.
Later that afternoon Father Forgetful thought Mother would be able to go on a little hike.  However, he forgot to comb Mother's hair (since she was completely out of it and has no recollection of this excursion) and they headed to Pioneer Park (Radiator Springs):

After the movie, the Forgetfuls and the Plentifuls had some fun on the grounds.  Mother Forgetful forgot that Father might not want hundreds of kids piled on top of him:

But that didn't stop them:

By now, Mother Forgetful forgot that everyone might be hungry so they grabbed some dinner and then went swimming:

That night, Father Forgetful forgot to tell Mother that would be getting up at 6AM to head to Junction the following morning.  So everyone went to bed.  The next day, they were up and at Junction at 9:30.  Mother forgot that the kids might fall off:

Once everyone started to get hungry everyone loaded up and headed to the City Creek Park with the Plentifuls and the Trustfuls, but Father forgot the way.  However, he found it eventually and they had a nice picnic:

Once everyone was completely covered in dirt, the Forgetfuls figured it was time to go home and once again, the Forgetfuls had a wonderful weekend full of laughs, cries and goodbyes.  Stay tuned for more adventures staring the Forgetfuls.

Oh man what a trip. That's about all I can say about it. It was a bit of a shock going from 65 degree weather to almost 90 degree weather. Just as I was getting used to the warmth we were on our way home. The kids swam and swam and it still wasn't enough for them. It was very nice to be able to be together with everyone. And life at home was waiting for us patiently to return.
