This Is Serious Business

Just so you know, Jeremy takes t-ball very serious. His first game was Thursday April 17. He was concentrating very hard.

He even payed attention to the batters (for about 10 seconds)

He even had his mitt on the right way, oh wait, maybe not.

Let me tell you a year sure does make a difference. Last year, his first game, all the little boys were diving on top of each other to try and get the ball to throw to first base. Jeremy was up to bat and he hit the ball. Rather than running to first base, he ran to the ball, picked it up, and threw it to first base.

This year was a little different. He no longer dived into the sea of t-ball players to get the ball, he just put his mitt on his head and danced around short-stop. As the other team's players were running to third, he would wack them upside the head and laugh. We really need to teach him some fielding skills.

Well I am glad that he is taking his t-ball seriously (lol). He is so cute and I am glad that he is dedicated to the game. He just loves life.

I can't wait for my boys to start playing baseball. That is my favorite sport. It's fun to hear these stories. I'm looking forward to watching my boys play. I'm sure it will be a hoot.

sharebear,
Just wait until you are video taping little ammon or sam and all they are doing is standing out on the field picking their nose. Cherish the memories.

Don't you just love how cute they look all dressed up? I could eat them up and all gone! Brandon just started too. I love to watch them play. He is getting to the competitive age. Way fun! He has kindly asked me not to yell so loud when he hits the ball. I will try really hard not to. Promise.
