So after we got back to the hotel we put on some dry socks, got our ponchos and umbrellas and headed for the park. The first order of business was to get Matt some lunch. We headed over to the Plaza Inn to have their famous chicken dinner. After everyone was full we used our fast passes for Space Mountain:
So then we headed to Star Tours and then moseyed on over to BTMRR:
Then we needed to head over to California Adventure, but rather than walk to the main gates, we took the train:
California Adventure was pretty much empty. Everyone headed over to ride California Screamin. Bailee was very excited to ride it again. I headed to the Hollywood Pictures Backlot to get a FP for Tower of Terror. There was hardly anyone inside California Adventure:
When I got to the Pier I saw that Bailee was too small to ride this time so Mom had her over on the Carousel while Matt and Jeremy rode the roller coaster:
Then Mom baby swapped with Matt:
Because the line was so short, we headed over to Toy Story after the roller coaster ride:
Look at my score:
We started to loop around the Pier and came across this:
Then we found our way over to Tower of Terror:
Matt was getting a little tired. See:
As we were meandering around California Adventure, we saw this tucked away toward the back:
And Matt found a blast from his past:
Then they played some air hockey:
Then we used our fast passes for Soarin’
And we headed over to Disneyland. We veered left and went through Adventureland to ride Pirates:
Then we used our fast passes of BTMRR and Star Tours:
Then we started to slowly had back to the hotel. We were getting up early to go home the next morning.
It was a great vacation even though there was rain, it was full of fun memories and new experiences.

Disneyland Day Three Part Two
Disneyland Day Three Part One
Magic Morning: We woke up to a light mist so we put on our ponchos and headed over to the park. Our first ride was Peter Pan:
Then we headed over to Snow White and Pinocchio:
Then we headed over to Tomorrowland to ride Star Tours. We loved it so much we rode it 3 times in a row:
Next we hit up Buzz:
By now the park was open so Matt grabbed a fast pass for Space and we headed over to Thunder Mountain Railroad:
Because we had gotten up so early, we missed breakfast so after our runaway train ride, we headed over to River Belle Terrace for some breakfast. After Matt’s belly was full we headed over to Pirates:
And since we were already wet we figured we would take a log ride down Splash Mountain:
And since we were in the area we went on Winnie the Pooh:
The park was pretty much empty. So Matt took the kids on Indiana Jones while Mom and I went to get more fast passes. We even hit up Buzz again but our scores were so bad we didn’t want a record of them.
By now the rain was starting to come, so we hoofed it over to California Adventure and the animation building.
We caught the turtle talk with crush show and there were only a few people in there so Jeremy, Bailee, and Matt all got to chat with the sea turtle. Next we ran over to the Muppets Movie:
By now the kids were wet and Matt was tired so Mom and I sent them back to the room while we went to the ticket booth to upgrade our tickets to annual passes. Afterward we went over to world of Disney so Mom could get some souvenirs. It was here that mom had the bright idea of getting the nicer Disney ponchos. They were heavier and kept us dryer the rest of the day. Then we headed back to the hotel room and got ready for our last night at Disneyland.
Coming up….Rain = Empty Parks.
