Way Out West

To start of the celebration, Saturday we headed out to the west desert, my dad’s favorite place in the state (apart from his recliner).  We went searching for trilobites.

Then we headed up Sinbad canyon for some lunch and slingshot fun.

Then we took the roller coaster road to Castlerock and Bob Stinson’s cabin:

Then we rolled Easter eggs down the hill and headed home.

It was looooong day in nature, but the kids LOVED it!!
