The festivities started on Monday. Thanks to Hurricane Sandy (all my hospitals are on the east coast) I got 3 days off of work. On Monday, the kids got to dress up and go to Choir in their costumes.
Tuesday was the town trick or treat. We picked up Taylor and we headed to every business on the list. After they went trick or treating, they went to the park to turn in their tickets for toys. The best costume of the day was the headless horseman:
So creepy.
Wednesday the kids got to wear their costumes all day during school. Bailee was Miss Spider:
And Jeremy was a ninja.
After school we headed around neighborhoods trick or treating. Jeremy wasn’t too in to it. Bailee went from house to house. Finally, Jeremy started to trick or treat when we met up with the Smiths, but it was still pretty reluctant.
After some trick or treating we headed to a Halloween Party at the Holman’s. We even dressed up. Can you tell what our costume is?
ya, nobody else got it either. Matt is an email, and I am his attachment.
Mom made a bunch of Mummy calzones and we had a small get-together dinner after the party. It was fun filled holiday.

It was quite the Halloween celebration. I love our town celebration. It was so fun to see all the kids in such cute costumes and of course the fantastic headless horseman.
Worse costume idea ever! It was my idea by the way. Abby was reluctant, but I strong armed her into it. Nobody got it. We explained it several times. The headless horseman looked really cool though. It was a good time with lots of candy and good friends.
Sounds like fun!! That is great! The headless horseman looked awesome. I miss Nephi's celebrations.
