The Payson Utah Temple. I am very excited to be in this temple district. The plans for the temple were approved on January 4, 2012 and they are looking to complete it sometime in 2014!!!
The total floor area is 96,630 square feet. To give you an idea of how big this is the Manti Temple is 100,373 square feet.

Words can’t even begin to express my feelings for temples. So much of my testimony has been strengthened while attending the temple. I have witnessed miracles and seen and felt inexpressible things inside those walls. I am so very blessed to have another temple so close. It truly is the house of the Lord.

Yeah! It's all coming together! I'm looking forward to going to the Payson temple and seeing it while it's being built.
That will be so nice for you to be able to go to the temple that is closer then an hour away. Louis and I are planning on taking a little family vacation back to KC in April. Because that is when they are having the open house of the Kansas City temple. So we want to take our kids to that. Living so far from UT makes it harder to take our kids through the temple when there is an opportunity. So since KC used to be home we are taking the opportunity to take them there.
I will miss Manti a lot, but it will be great to have one that close. Perhaps we can help with the dedication one day. That would be awesome.
