Last night was the back to school night for the kids. Bailee was first and she was a little scared. She found her desk, filled out her paper, and met her teacher Mrs. Wood: 
Then we went over to Jeremy’s teacher Mrs. Lepein. He had her in Kindergarten and we are so excited to have her again. He found all the things on his list and was ready for the year: 
This morning, Matt got up nice and early and the kids woke up to a pancake breakfast. Then, they were ready and out the door:

And they stopped in to say goodbye to the grandparents. They bolted into the bedroom and jumped on grandpa while he was still sleeping and then they gave grandma hugs: 
Then they were off to school. They were both so excited to be in school all day!!

Here's to hoping that all goes well. Good luck kids. I'm excited that a new school year has begun. Man, this summer went by pretty quickly.
They both look so cute and were way excited. The first day of school is always exciting and sometimes scary (even when you are old and in college). It will be quite strange without anyone home with me this year.
Fun! I'm glad school started! Its time! I hope they had a fun first day.
